according to different sources, Melanie comes to Germany in April 2008. Thanks to Michael Schneider (you may know him as MichaelFrankfurt/Germany) for this info. you can find an (updated?) list of venues here and buy tickets via Eventim unfortunately, Michael told us in a mail today that the tour has been rescheduled to September ... to bad ...
